Kinder Morgan's stock drops toward record low on heavy volume

The stock, which was headed for a ninth-straight loss, is also on track to close at a record low, at nearly half of the Feb. 11, 2011 initial public offering price of $30. The nine-straight losses would match the stock's longest ever losing streak, first suffered between July 14 and July 24 of this year.
