King's Hawaiian reaches settlement with Aldi over packaging issue

King's Hawaiian settled a lawsuit against grocery corporation Aldi earlier this month concerning "confusingly similar" packaging of its sweet rolls. The company filed the lawsuit Oct. 21 in the U.S. District Court in Gainesville.
