Exhaust fan can be operated manually with face-mounted dial or automatically based on hood temperature which is monitored by onboard controller. If temperatures continue to rise beyond rating of system’s fusible link, Amerex 660 agent will be released through 4 nozzles directed at appliance and 1 nozzle into exhaust duct.
