Koppers' Leroy Ball promoted to president, CEO

Koppers Holdings said today chief operating officer Leroy Ball will be promoted to president and CEO Jan. 1, succeeding longtime CEO Walter Turner. Mr. Ball joined Koppers in 2010 as chief financial officer, a position he previously held at Calgon Carbon, a Robinson environmental products and services firm.
