Finning International Inc., Caterpillar's largest heavy equipment dealership globally, has purchased Kramer Ltd. for approximately $230 million, the Vancouver-based company announced Wednesday. "After a remarkable 70 years of service in Saskatchewan, the Kramer family has decided to retire from the equipment dealership business,'' the release said.
