Kroger receives approval for $25 million marketplace

The Kroger Corporation received the City Commission approval it needed April 13 to bring a $25 million marketplace store to Royal Oak next year. "This will be a first-class development by Kroger - a state-of-the-art Kroger store," said Kroger Real Estate Manager Chris Rodgers.
