Operating at 1575.42 MHz with 10 MHz reference, SFS1575D-LF single frequency synthesizer features typical phase noise of -102 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz and offsets. RoHS-compliant product delivers typical output power of 5 dBm with VCO voltage supply of 5 Vdc while drawing 20 mA (typ) and PLL voltage of 3 Vdc while drawing 14 mA (typ). Supplied in 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.13 in. package, synthesizer features typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -18 dBc and spurious suppression of -70 dBc.
