Following a Jan. 24 ruling by Judge Leonard Wexler in U.S. District Court in Central Islip, attorneys for Mark Calisi - owner of the Eagle Automall in Riverhead - filed a notice of appeal and plan to continue their crusade against Chrysler LLC.
