Beverly Darwin and her daughter walk down Ash Street in the Hillcrest area where fire fighters said an electrical wire fire at a business knocked out their power. A couple of dozens of people had no power Friday night after an electrical wire fell and caused a small fire the day before the 4th of July holiday.
