Turlough Farrelly, IT manager for Lakeland Dairies, joined thecompany 23 years ago when it's entire IT infrastructure consisted of two PCs (IBM XTs). His initial role was to computerize the company and this led on over the years to the first interaction with Infor™ which provided the group's ERP solution, Infor System21 Aurora.
