A 25-year-old suspected car and gun thief was arrested Friday morning after a wild chase in Moraga and Lafayette ended in a crash, police said. Samuel Bailey, of Martinez, was arrested on suspicion of vehicle theft, possession of stolen property, possession of a loaded firearm in a vehicle, evading police and probation violations.
