Dow Water & Process Solutions, a business unit of The Dow Chemical Company , and HidroLotus LLC, a joint venture between Azeri Hidro Group and Turkish Lotus Group, announced their plans to build the world's largest surface water ultrafiltration plant in Baku, Azerbaijan.
