Respectively supplied in sub-miniature, SMT, SOT-23 and leaded, flat TO-92-style packages, SS360PT and SS460P provide switching points with magnetic sensitivity of 30 Gauss typ at 77°F and 55 Gauss max over -40° to +257°F range. ICs have built-in pull-up resistors and do not use chopper stabilization on Hall element, providing clean output signal and accelerated latch response. Operating from 3–24 Vdc, products have built-in reverse voltage capability that enhances sensor/circuit protection.
