Lawsuits: Large Kirkland auto dealer fostered racism, cheated salesman on pay

A man terminated from a Kirkland car dealership in August has filed two lawsuits against the company, alleging racism and wage theft. The suits -- filed late Monday -- target Toyota of Kirkland, which is one of 12 dealerships in the O'Brien Auto Group , which owns businesses from Tacoma to Marysville.
