Designed for operation with caustic solutions at temperatures up to 450°F at 400 psig, leaching autoclave system features PLC and cleans industrial parts and components by flash, burp, and mechanical agitation. Nickel-alloy construction and other special materials protect surfaces that come into contact with caustic solution. Design includes 30 in. ID x 48 in. vertical autoclave with cooling coil, heating system, and Rapidoor® quick-access closure for efficient loading/unloading.
