'Let there be light'Ohio Edison to begin repairing 70-some street...

Mayor Rob Duncan told city council members at Tuesday's meeting he recently spoke to Gary Mortus, area manager for Ohio Edison, about a number of lights that were out around the city. Duncan said on Friday, city crews came into work a couple hours early and counted 72 lights that were out in Norwalk.
