Supplied in 4 x 4 x 2.3 mm surface mount package, MAOM-003115 can deliver up to 2 Vpp single-ended output and offers variable gain control and excellent linearity over operating range. Product has been used to demonstrate 400 Gbps link over 2 km of single-mode fiber (SMF) using 4 wavelengths running at 100 Gbps each. Max data rate is 28.0 Gbps, input voltage minimum is 600.00 mVpp, and supply voltage rating is 3.6 V.
