Supplied in 316 Stainless Steel, 25 mm dia housing designed for subsea use in Oil and Gas Exploration, SS-7 series operates to 5,200 psi. LVIT can be submerged to 12,000 ft or installed in PBOF (pressure balanced oil filled) chamber to provide position feedback. Embedded into hydraulic cylinder, contactless transducer has 1–24 in. measurement range, operates without need for magnet by utilizing gun-drilled piston rod as target, and offers SenSet™ calibration.
