With enable function, Model APPREG2 allows users to power up or power down certain sections of their system electronics, saving power and preserving internal power chain. Radiation-hardened, positive voltage regulator features wide input/output voltage differential of 40 V and comes in both adjustable and fixed output voltage configurations. Assembled in hermetic TO-257 package, regulator provides up to 1.5 A of output current over full input voltage range.
