Livestock crossing update following reopening of Mexico border
2025-02-07 02:30:33| Beef
The U.S. partially reopened the border to cattle imports from Mexico in January 2025 after suspending imports in November 2024. The reopening was due to the discovery of New World screwworm (NWS) in Mexico. BEEF's Clint Peck caught up with Daniel Manzanares, Director of Santa Teresa Export / Import, for the latest.
