Offering wide input voltage operation from 1.1–5.5 V, Models TCK111G and TCK112G feature reverse current blocking, in-rush current reducing circuit, and thermal shutdown function. Switch ON resistance is 8.3 mΩ at 5.0 V and -1.5 A for load conditions. Model TCK112G additionally offers built-in auto-discharge. Available in WCSP6C package measuring 1.0 x 1.5 x 0.5 mm, ICs are suited for smartphones, tablet PCs, portable audio players, digital cameras, and other small mobile devices.
