Not in my backyard say the residents of Toolleen to the proposed NBN tower, and VCAT agree, much to the disappointment of the local council. The proposed 25-meter-tall NBN tower that was to be built on top of Mount Camel in Toolleen, east of Bendigo, has been rejected by VCAT.
