We've criticized a lot of corporate executive's decisions , in previous articles so it's only fair we point out a great move by a CEO when we see one. On July 20th Lockheed Martin announced it had agreed to buy United Technologies Sikorsky aircraft division for a net purchase price of $7.1B .
