When padlock is removed, outline provides instant, at-a-glance indication pertaining to which locks are present and which are out on site. Construction includes aluminum frame, double cylinder door lock, and lockout rail running along 3 sides. Latter provides ability to lock cabinet door closed with other lockout padlocks.
