Logitech, Plantronics call off merger talks

(Telecompaper) Logitech and Plantronics discussed a potential merger but have decided to call off the talks. The companies disclosed the talks following a report from Reuters that said Logitech had offered over USD 2.2 billion to buy Plantronics.
