Supplied in RoHS-compliant, 3 x 3 mm QFN plastic SMT package, 6–11 GHz CMD186P3 offers 2.1 dB noise figure, delivers >18 dB of gain, and has corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +16.5 dBm. Product requires single +5 V supply at 78 mA, and 50 Ω matched design does not require any external components aside from nominal bypass capacitors.
