RoHS-compliant, 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.22 in. VCO delivers nominal output power level of 0.5 dBm into 50 Ω load while operating off 5 Vdc supply and drawing 25 mA typ. Average tuning sensitivity is 29 MHz/V and is ensured from -40 to +85°C range, and typ second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc.
