Operating at 445–480 MHz with 0.5–2.5 Vdc tuning voltage range, V480MEM2-LF features spectrally clean signal of -113 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz offset and tuning sensitivity of 25 MHz/V typ. RoHS-compliant VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) delivers 0 dBm output power into 50 Ω load while operating off of 3.3 Vdc supply and drawing 12 mA typ. Operational range is -40 to +85°C, second harmonic suppression is -12 dBc typ, and MINI-16M-L package measures 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.13 in.
