Fabricated with fine-pitch BiCD process, 5 V/200 mA Model TB9021FNG provides low standby current of 30 µA and supports automotive grade 5 V microcontrollers. Linear regulator integrates output power MOSFET required by automotive electronic subsystems, and offers reverse battery connection protection, over-temperature detection, and over-current limiter. Housed in 5.0 x 4.4 mm HTSSOP16 package, device is rated for 50 V input with operating temperature of -40 to +125°C.
