Outputs, rated 11.4 Vac min, let halogen bulbs produce full color spectrum but do not exceed 12.0 Vac maximum to promote bulb life. Along with 60 Hz operation, features include voltage regulation designed for 12 V halogen lamps and color-coded hook-up wires.
