Lowell's TRC wins $26M bridge pact

TRC Companies Inc., an engineering consultant based in the Wannalancit Mills, said Monday it has been awarded a $26 million contract by the Pennsylvannia Department of Transportation. In a press release, TRC officials said the company is tasked with providing construction-engineering inspection services for more than 500 bridges throughout the state.
