Billionaire Tim Headington 's plan to add two stories to a luxury retailer's new downtown Dallas boutique is bringing a lawsuit from the owner of a neighboring historic building. Headington's development firm - Headington Realty and Capital LLC - wants to add two stories to the new home for Forty Five Ten on Main Street, taking it from the original plan of three stories to five, according to a lawsuit filed Wednesday in Dallas County by an affiliated company of Forest City Enterprises Inc. .
