Lydall CEO cuts ribbon of new Mini Mill plant

On March 14, before a Who's Who of Rochester elected officials and city personnel, Chamber of Commerce representatives, NH Governor Maggie Hassan, Dale Barnhart, the CEO of Lydall, and company executives, snipped a red ribbon to officially open a new part of the manufacturing plant on Chestnut Hill Road.
