Featuring 10–50 MHz range and typ phase noise performance of -145 dBC/Hz @ 100 kHz, IQMT-100 series Microcomputer Compensated Crystal Oscillator (MCXO) comes in ceramic package and consumes <15 mA. Design enables frequency stability of ±50 ppb over -40 to +85°C operating range while maintaining typ short term stability of 2E-10/s. Output compatibility can be specified as Clipped Sine or HCMOS with 15 pF load along with 3.0, 3.3, and 5.0 V supply voltages. Voltage control option is available.
