Used for acceleration and angular rate detection in all 3 sensing axis directions, SCC2000 series consists of low-g, 3-axis accelerometer with 2 angular rate sensor options of X- or Z-axis detection combined with 32-bit digital SPI interface. Z axis gyroscope version lets designers implement 6DOF sensor solution on one application PCB. Supplied in 24-pin, 15.00 x 8.50 x 4.35 mm, plastic SOIC housing, series offers gyro range of ±125°/sec with sensitivity of 50 LSB/°/sec.
