Measuring 7.0 x 8.6 x 3.3 mm and constructed from single crystal silicon, SCA720 Series employs capacitive sensing techniques for sensitive measurement and optimized offset stability. Internal inert gas damping provides mechanical low-pass filter that cuts off above 115 Hz. With analog output, SCA720 Series can be placed away from controlling unit without interference. Qualified to AEC-Q100 standard, devices are suited for electrically controlled suspension and engine anti-vibration applications.
