Designed to optimize precision of low-frequency vibration and motion measurements in automotive applications, MEMS DC Response Accelerometers include single-axis Series 3711E/Series 3741E and triaxial Series 3713E. Units include gas-damped, silicon MEMS sensing elements and provide high-frequency overload protection. Offered in full-scale ranges from ±2 g to ±200 g, Series 3711E and Series 3713E have hermetically sealed titanium case, while Series 3741E has rugged anodized aluminum housing.
