MRSI managers buy out Billerica unit for $6M

Managers from the local Micro Robotics Systems unit of Irvine, Calif.-based Newport Corp. have completed a $6 million buyout, a deal that ensures several dozen high-tech manufacturing jobs stay in the Billerica Business Center.
