Available in SOT-23 or TO-92 package, TMR (Tunneling Magnetoresistance) sensors include omnipolar MMS2X1H and bipolar MMS1X1H. Both are designed for battery-powered smart flowmeters, including water, heat, and gas flowmeters, and consume 1.5 µA in continuous operation. Exhibiting thermal stability from -40 to +125°C as well as immunity to external magnetic field interference, sensors offer high-speed measurement with 1 kHz frequency response.
