Using Temposonics® technology, ET Sensor can precisely determine exact positions at temperatures up to 105°C. Non-contact unit delivers up to 0.005 mm resolution when used in combination with suitable controller and exhibits linearity deviation of less than 0.02% full scale. Small rod sensor can be integrated directly into cylinder, with rod length options covering 50–3,000 mm. Available with ATEX certification for hazardous areas, IP68-rated sensor is equipped with start/stop interface.
