Magnum Hunter could generate $1B in deals, including Utica joint venture

Magnum Hunter Resources Corp. could close two major deals by the end of August that will raise some significant cash. The company expects to generate more than $500 million by selling its interest in its Eureka Hunter Midstream pipeline system.
