Mahwah-company appoints new SVP, CAO

Specialty retailer Ascena Retail Group Inc. announced Tuesday the appointment of Ernest LaPorte as senior vice president and chief accounting officer. In this role, LaPorte will oversee the company's accounting, financial reporting and accounting shared service functions, according to a news release.
