A Palm Bay man who pleaded guilty to federal charges of receipt and possession of child pornography in April has been sentenced to eight years and six months in federal prison, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office of the Middle District of Florida. News 6 partner Florida Today reports 22 movie files containing child pornography were found on a laptop belonging to 29-year-old Harley Robert Katzaman.
