MarShield supports a variety of charities by allowing a casual Friday. Each Friday, employees have the opportunity to make a donation to a &ldquo;Denim Days&rdquo; fund. In return, that employee gets to wear jeans.<br /> <br /> Once a year the MarShield team selects a local charity from the list of employee nominated organizations to donate the funds.
