Washington D.C.-Congressman Tom Marino issued the following statement after holding a legislative hearing on three bills designed to solve disputes between states regarding the taxation of businesses and employees: "As outlined by our Constitution, the federal government has a responsibility to solve disputes between the states. We also have a constitutional obligation to examine the facts thoroughly and settle disputes fairly.
