The Washoe County School District says Marvin Picollo Elementary School is closed Thursday, November 12, 2015 because of a power outage that means no heat at the school. According the the NV Energy outage map, this outage was first reported Thursday morning and is not likely connected to the widespread storm-related outage this week.
