Masmovil confirms acquisition of minority stake in Nowo, Oni owner

(Telecompaper) Spanish operator Masmovil has confirmed plans to acquire a minority stake in Cabonitel, the owner of the Portuguese operators Nowo and Oni, in its first expansion abroad. The company said it will invest less than EUR 15 million and act as an industrial partner for the Portuguese operator.
