Massive Steelcase chair plant in Kentwood has new owners

Franklin Partners, LLC announced it is buying a massive industrial building along Broadmoor Avenue SE that was vacated by Steelcase Inc. The Illinois-based real estate firm said it plans to redevelop the building, possibly for multiple tenants.
