MasterChef winner to design the menu of Brighton's i360 beachside brasserie

THE winner of MasterChef The Professionals is helping to design the menu for the brasserie at Brighton's i360 tower. Steven Edwards, from Horsham, who won the title in 2013, will help design the signature dishes at the soon-to-be-opened eatery and will run special events.
