Mayor Lenny Curry called Monday on the Jacksonville Police and Fire Pension Fund to give a complete "point by point" response to a 144-page forensic investigation that ripped the fund's financial management practices. "Let's just lay it all out," Curry said in his first public statements on the investigation.
